Let’s see I am driving one of the quickest, fastest and heaviest autos in existence and I am debating whether or Not to wear a seat belt.
Crazy.
Your decision to not wear a seatbelt or a helmet on a bike DOES affect me. It DOES raise insurance rates. It does raise medical costs. It does affect other road laws. While I appreciate the Darwin influence of removing those folks from the gene pool BUT the real effect of the Darwinian trimming will not help my insurance rates during my lifetime..

I'm probably the only one interested in bathroom safety at this time but, it will be the wave of the future.
I expect mandatory seatbelt use legislation in California within the next two years. The rest of the Country will follow shortly.
Being forced to wear the belt in the truck won't seem so intrusive then.
I suspect that you won't be fined for not being strapped to your toilet unless you have committed some other bathroom offense.

There is no reason not to take 2 seconds out of your life to buckle up. Also why is it so hard for so many people to use a damn blinker>??? You would think it takes 50LBs of force to turn it on. That is one thing that bothers me. -Mat-

Not using a Blinker; slowing down the left lane and slowing down a lane of traffec because the want to brake in that lane instead of using the turn lane are areas of frustration for me.

Will helmet use be law any time soon? No friggin' way... instead let's make the OEMs do front, side, and head airbags for all passengers. What's $2000, it's about safety right?
