Heh, 7 months old and only 3,000 miles.

SpeedJunky,

Are your back windows tinted from the factory?? IF so, did you just have the flames put on th inside??
Could you get a picture directly from the rear. Lets say 6-10 from truck. I was going to get flames on my truck in the rear window. Just wanted to know how it looks. Thanks

This is the look I am going for.

Hey QK. The back window did come tinted from the factory. Yes, my tinter put the flames on the inside. He cut and applied the flames to the factory tinted window and then put a sheet of the lightest film over the flames so that they would not come off. The flames are little dark, but they look kinda cool.

I don't think the flames on the back window of that L are on the inside. That looks to me like one of the rear window decoration tints that you see in the magazines. You know...like the one with the American eagle, or American flag, etc.

I just wish someone on here was the one that has them. I know for sure the side ones he had were on the inside. Just not sure on the outside.

Thanks for the info.

You have to use the stock grille border and the speed grille fits inside the border with zip ties.

When this pic was taken, I hadn't decided if I liked the look of the Speed Grilles, so I hadn't cut the horizonal bars out yet. After a month of looking at it, I decided to go ahead and run the Speed Grilles, so I cut the factory grille up

One other thing also........

GO BUCS

Damn, how many ohms is the setup running at?

I'm trying to debate on two 12's or three 10's for mine and I just can't decide. I got a rockford amp that puts out 1500 watts at 2ohms so its not to bad.

that box is awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The subs are wired series parallel to 2.66 ohms. After visiting a shop today, I decided to go with a JL 1000.1 and JL 300.4 amp instead. Hearing a JL 1000.1 pushing 3 15W6's convinced me it could easily power my subs. JL 1000.1 less heavy, less bulky, GREAT power.

By the way, check my gallery (link in sig). In about 15 minutes, I'll have those pics you wanted of the rear window posted.

Thanks.
