I bought my '99 L with 4500 miles on it (sat in a garage it entire life)
for $17,000. up in Michigan.

The dealership offered me $15000 Max for my 99 with 54000 miles. Carmax also only appraised it at $14800. Which I think is total BS. There is a bare 99 on Ebay right now going for $18000 with 40000 miles. And another with low miles over $20000 already with days left on the auction.
By the way if anyone is interested I am considering selling mine to upgrade to the 2003. I'd like to get around $20000 but if anyone is interested make me an offer, it has JDM Flip-chip, 4 pound lower pulley(cage kind), 90mm mass air, cone filter, breather cap, Street Scene grill, clear corner lights, and a pair of MT slicks if that will seal the deal. It's only been to the track 4 times, maybe 20 runs at most. The rest was driving to work.

Otherwise I guess I will get shafted at the dealer or stick with her.
