Underdrive Accessory Pullies for the L

Ok, I did a search and also searched the net and could not find anything. Does anybody make an underdrive pulley set for the L? Driving the accessories slower shouldn't affect the supercharger RPM and should free up like 10-15 hp. Even just a smaller crank pulley would help. Anyone?

Smart A$$

I saw those threads. I guess nobody makes them

Sal had replied to one of the threads

"You can't use underdrives on a Lightning because the crank pulley/balancer has to be smaller to slow everything down, and since the blower pulley attaches to it, there would be no way to attach the blower pulley."

The supercharger pulley bolts directly to the crank pulley. It is a 1:1 ratio so regardless of how large or small the crank pulley is, as long as you keep the 1:1 ratio it shouldn't affect the supercharger pulley.

I can't remember the actual construction of the crank pulley, so maybe there is physically no way to attach the supercharger pulley if the crank pulley is smaller. I don't know.

So get to the track then! You should be seeing some favorable tempertures this time of year down in GA. I know people in our office in Atlanta have been complaining that is has been cold.

BTW, the dyno numbers in your sig, are they SAE corrected numbers?
