It was 8 degrees without the wind last Sat and we went out mountain biking. Nothing like going over the handle bars and getting a face full of snow. This Sat we are going again. Its funny, the truck gets all tucked away nice for the winter but I will subject my body to these harsh elements.

it walked outside and it was about 14 degrees here, it made my eyes water it hurt so bad, then it promptly froze

You know, it scared me cause the truck sounded funny when it was that cold and it first started ....

I know this is off topic but it really hits home for me. Some of you guys live in areas where your acustom to it being rather warm. When I was 12 we had a cold spell hit where it was about -20 for a good week. During these cold spells we would always bring in our dogs and put them in the garage. Well, one morning I let our dogs out to do their business and was supposed to let them back in before I left for school. Like any 12 year old I was easily distracted and forgot to let them back in. When I got home from school one was dead and the other had to be put to sleep the next day due to exposure. I cried for weeks because both dogs were 8-10 years old and had been with me since I could remember and I murdered them.
