Actually if you see this truck in person it's very nicely done.. I have seen it around many times over the last few years..Slightly overpriced and not exactly my style......... but your statement is a little on the unnecessary side IMO.........He just may say the same about your truck ya know???......

He can say whatever he wants about my truck. It is strictly opinion. I didn't like what he did so I stated. Maybe I was a little more harsh then I should have been. I am sorry. It is just I would have but the money into performance not apperance. Strictly opinion and I thought we were all entitled to our own. -Mat-

 

I have seen that truck before...it is very cool in person actually. That price tag is a bit much though, bet he spent a ton on the doors and all the smoothing...I would like that gas filler setup though, pretty trick

 

I think that truck looks great..

With the exception of the suicide doors, Im not a fan of those..

It's getting a bit old, the slamming of others dream machines or choices on mods, and then retreating with a quick "I'm sorry" when others don't agree. For all we know the owner posts here regularly but has never revealed the fact he owns such a fine example of an American "hot rod". The modifications to that "L" are very consistent and true to the original heritage of the American "hot rod". Perhaps some of you are just not old enough to appreciate the art form, but I know I am and I find the creative craftmanship very appealing. Beats the hell out of bolting a 6 foot tall wing on the trunk of a Geo and calling it a "hot rod".................

 

Ya gotta give the guy points for originality.I have seen this truck before and he has done a lot of things to it that nobody has seen on an L. I love the gas door behind the taillight.
Do I like everything on it no, but it also isn't pukeville.

I was sorry for maybe being a little harsh. I am sure as hell am not sorry for not liking the truck. It is ugly as sin to me and makes me wanna puke. A lot more then a 'Geo with wing" would. That does not mean I don't respect his hard(if he even did the work himself). So I am not supposed to say I don't like the way a truck looks if he is a F150online member>??? I don't think so. If someone doesn't like the way my truck looks tell me about it. I won't get upset. Oh and the "old enough to appreciate the art form" comment. All I can do is laugh at that. Oh yeah I am not sorry anymore. Next time don't take my opinion as a shot against you or anyone else. I don't like the truck or the price tag. Plain and simple. -Mat-

 

Dang! That is one BAD @@@ truck! In the famous words from "Dude Where's My Car" --- "sa-wee-tah!" Lots of blood sweat and tears went into that ride!
