Installed the Plasma Booster and Accu-Fab
For those of you that dont want to splice into the coil switching wire at the coil itself, all you gotta do is splice into the coil switching wire at the bulkhead connector from the computer to the coils, but this would require a wiring diagram from Ford and some time in finding the right wires, but alot easier than getting at the coils themselves.

I installed my plasma booster last week, wired it a bit diffrent than instructions, i traced each wire back to large connectors under starter solonoid bracket and tapped into wires there, then wrapped wires and taps in tape, looks factory. thenmade a stainless steel bracket to mount the box on, shoot me an e-mail and i can send you a pic, maybe you could post it for me.

Why is it, I always find this stuff out afterwards
This looks like something I may consider doing when the warmer days come and I can actually enjoy my truck. I don't think I have heard one negative thing about it and that is always a plus. I don't think they are very expensive either. Another big plus. Gotta love cheap HP and Torque. -Mat-
Damn you!!!! Now I got to buy one of those to keep up with the jones
so higher boosted trucks will benfit from this more huh! What exactly is teh concept behind this device, more sparks? hotter spark, I'm confused cause nothing is definet in the articles.

Killa,
This is the MFG's site, good info and graphs

Here is the Feedback page, IT'S ALL GOOD

NOW REMEMBER EVERYONE
They don't even show a listing for our set up yet, so what your reading, in a lot of cases, are people telling how totally happy they are with the increase on a 4 cyl or just some plain old car.
Or course the more power you have, the more you'll feel the difference. And don't get confused by the 2 wire hook up, thats for people with a regular set up and not COP (Coil Over Plug) THEY MAKE BOTH.
I like reading that most see a gas milage improvement too.
What sold me is Dyno numbers on the L's I've already seen. (3)
We will see the results today of LIGHTNINROD's (Dan) with and without the Plasma Booster, lets see what happens ????

The final install of the Unit itself.

Believe it or not, just to move it over that inch or so, I had to extend the length of (2) of the wires. They were too short to begin with in my opinion. I could have rigged something where it was, but I found 2 holes already drilled and wanted to use them, besides it's nice and flat right there. All I had to do was remove a vac line from it's holder and slide this in behind it.

You better get a Black Zip tie and cut that tip off.It looks like a ricer put that on. HEHEHE
Rob: You're welcome!
Vinnie: You're right. I should have used 'black'. I left the 'tip' exposed in case it loosened up and I needed to pull it a little tighter. Perfectionist
!
I did dyno it today but I'm waiting(he's installing some Q1s) on Ron to email me the graphs and numbers.
