Dropped the truck finally!
mecca,
I have the following parts installed which I used to give my Lightning it's stance:
Bell Tech 3/4 kit
Western Chassis 2 inch A-arms
Western Chassis Rear C-section kit
Camber Kit from the Ford Dealer for the
Alignment
Doetsch Tech rear Shocks
Edelbrock Performer IAS front Shocks
20x9 Factory Replica Chrome Rims
295-40-20 Goodyear HPZR tires
YZF-lightning,
The shims for the rearend came with the Bell Tech rear 4 inch kit.
Bell Tech part Number #6419. The shims go between the rearend and the leaves. If you don't shim your rearend when your truck is lowered the pinion or rake of the rearend is off and you might be asking for trouble in the future.
I got my Camber kit from the Ford Dealer or you can purchase a Camber kit from Napa or where you are having your Alignment done at. Alignment shops usually sell the Camber kit for Alignments. Do a "SEARCH" from the F-150 online site someone recently posted a picture of the Camber kit and part number for the Camber kit from Napa.
The ride should be a little stiffer but the stock ride still sucked. If your rearend is bottoming out over speed bumps and potholes you might want to C-section the rear end or trim your bump stops.
Krix330cic(NJ), Thank you for the Compliment!!!
I love what you did to the BMW!!! Awesome!!!
The Swede, Awesome Lightning!!! My friend just did a 4/6 drop to his Red 00 Lightning his truck is way too low!!! He is scraping everything. I think his truck is in a body shop now having the front bumper repainted and the rear bumper too! 4/6 is low!!! Be extra careful driving your truck over Pot Holes, Dips, Speed Bumps and Steep Driveways.

This is the stance I wanted for my Lightning! Check it out! Front tire just makes clears it perfect, and never rubs or scrapes the inner or outer fender wells.
