I know I am not a lightning owner but I hope you dont get mad for me asking you a question in this forum!

I have a 2003 F150 with 5.4 engine. Will the Y-pipe that bassani has with conveters fit my F150 it is a 4WD truck.

Will the Flanges bolt up to the Factory Exhaust manifold?

If you are refering to the Bassani high flow cats they will bolt up to your factory manifolds. On the cat kit there is no X or Y pipe. That comes with the cat-back muffler setup. The Lightning high-flow setup is true dual exhaust. The pipes do not merge.
