Question need better rotors for 4x4 SCrew, L owners please advise

I just warped my 2nd set of rotors since May! I am sick of these crappy rotors (Ford OEM and Autozone). I don't autocross this vehicle but I pull a 16' car trailer and sometimes I have to make emergency stops because of the crowded roads here in FL. I have also been told that hitting water puddles may be causing some warpage, along with hard stopping and not allowing the rotors to cool before parking. Anyway...

I am sure the L owners have much more experience with braking systems than the average F150 owner, which is why I am posting this here. I would like to keep this economical so $3k on a completely new system is out of the question.

Are L brakes upgraded from the factory? Will they fit my 4WD? What about F250 brakes? Someone mentioned Powerslot rotors, anyone hear about them? I think the key would be to increase the rotor diameter but that would mean a different caliper and caliper mounting bracket right?

Any help is appreciated.

4x4 hubs/rotors are different from the 2wd. Look into some slotted rotors (replacement). Check my galley for the good stuff.
