you just need the front springs now..

2" f150 springs(1" for lightning)

I have the DJM 2"f150 front springs, and JDM 2" rear shackles.

Two Questions:

when posting that your truck has 3/4 drop. does that mean that you have a 3'' drop in the front and 4" drop in the back?

I am about ready to purchase and install 2" drop shackles on the back of my truck. I have seen posts saying that you dont get 2" of drop and others that say something about loading up the bed before installing the shackles. what are the facts with this mod. will this come close to leveling out the truck?

I didn't get a 2" drop with the belltech drop shackles. The 3/4 drop isn't a true 3/4 drop on a lightning because the Lightning is already lower from the factory.

I have a bell tech 3/4 kit also. just some more pics for you to check out.

This is my truck with my friend jeff's new 2002 L. his is bone stock in this picture, mine does have 20inch tires on it so its a bit taller then what it would be with 18" wheels. About 3/4 of an inch taller.

here's my truck awhile back with 18 inch rims and the same drops kit.

next to my is the late hootersmobile, lightning bob and then I can't remember who was next to bob? I'm almost positive at the time they where all stock heights and I was the only lowered truck, but not positive. you can see the heights good though.

lowered with 18's

and finally lowered with 20's

I really like the way that looks! So.. what is involved in lowering the truck in that manner. I am aware of the 2" drop shackles. I guess when you start lowering the front end, its spring replacement and maby shocks?
