CalTracs are on...few comments.

NOt really any major problems...But I did get to use a decent lift.
A buddy owns a shop. Removed the front bushings from the Roush leafs ..note: you do not have to destroy these if you have a Roush setup..their bushings are halved, push outward using a big screwdriver and you get half..then the sleeve comes right out.
These should not change the height of the body what so ever...
I got it on the ground and with a small air gap between the leverage piece and when the leaf and cross sleeve touched added a half turn preload. The anti-Rattle kit must work cause I ain't heard any noise at all...The stock upper spring bracket is removed and a piece of flat stock say 6" long and width of the spring is droped on the top of the stack and then the u-bolts are looped over and thru the lower caltrac bracket..
The passenger side was close to the exhaust but hasn't made and bumping sounds..maybe 1/2" - 3/4" close...
And by the way I did Not have to grind any metal off the Roush leafs to allow the front eyelet bracket to pivot....must be only the stock springs that some have said they had to grind the sides down..Now it's off to the races...
Further inmpressions later tonight....I need to have someone adjust the preload on the drivers side with me in the seat....out looking for prospects...
