Anyone burning own chips?

I love to tinker and was thinking about purchasing a product that will allow me to do this. I know Diablo has a chip programmer that you can tell them what you want and have a program made. This may be what I purchase but would rather develop my own programs. Is anything available?

I am pretty sure that the Diablo reflashes the stock computer, not aftermarket chips. So if you had the data logging setup I think it would work, and you could custom design your own programs...

I may be wrong, but I think that autologic is the only one that allows someone other than the chip manufacturer to develop the program to burn on the chip. Others chips I believe they develop the program and you download it and burn it.

I'm interested in this as well so someone tell me if this is the case or not....

I know that there isa product caled TweeCar available for our trucks now. There's a guy down in Houston that sells them, he was asking for a few test mules a little while back.

I'm not sure where it stands now, but from what I read about it , it was pretty sweet.

http://www.tweecer.com/

BTW, they only support the '99 and '00 Lightnings right now.

Me and one of my friends are a Superchips dealer. But as someome else said, Autologic is the only company that gives each dealer the means to tweak their own programs as far as computerchips go.

but imagine the list of blown engines , and who would get the blame for them?

Been there done that. I am willing to take the chance as I would have more time to devote to just my L. The thing is, my L takes changes different than most for some reason.
