got my truck back, but i'm still p.o.
well, i got my truck back after they had it for two weeks to repair a blown spark plug #3 i.e. replace a new head...to make a long story short i'm still p.o. about how i got my truck back...i roll up and they have it ready for me to go...unfortunately the street scenes lower grill was all jacked up along with my front bumper...looked like who ever was working on it must have rammed it up against something...they said they wanted to fix it to repair it and i was like hell no, you've had it for two weeks and you tear it up now you want it for another week. i talked to the manager and he said he'd replace it and touch up my bumper...i'm still p.o. though

My 02 True Blue blew a motor while they were doing the work on it the air hose scuffed the front bumper probily would wax and buff out. Freedom Ford said no, it is a special vehicle and we will paint that bumper for free and you will have it back in a day and a half. That was great for me I was driving the Vice Presidents 02 Harley Supercrew for that week. I got treated like gold, maybe between myself and my company I was at 6 vehicles from the same dealer in a year had something to do with it?. I don' t know. I got the Lightning back it was a perfect match from all angles and in all lights.
Don't let them dealers walk on you. When I needed warrenty work Enterprise had me a 03 Eddie Bauer Expy to drive when I used the other SVT dealer,and all at SVT's expence. Complain I do when I' am not happy. I lived my life to the fullest and luxury and the people I know and deal with know that Because I' am Pat Sawyer.
