Talking got the flowmasters

Well despite all the bad talk about flowmasters I decided to spend the 200 bucks and get a couple 40 series put on. Now I'm not a human dyno but I really can't feel any difference, meaning no bad difference or good difference. But oh my goodness does my truck ROAR now! Its a nice mellow tone at idle but when you give it a little gas it comes alive! Now I can say my beast actually sounds like a beast! For those who can't afford bassani or jdm's silver bullet I would say that flowmasters really are not that bad at all! They sound very aggressive (spelling?) and deep! The only problem that I am having is that since there are 2 mufflers in a place designed for one big muffler its making things difficult. I am having clearance issues with the mufflers, they are stacked sort of diagonally but sometimes when the truck rocks up and down the mufflers hit the bottom of the truck. Not a big problem and I think I fixed it but it does get annoying when stomping on it and hearing this *thunk* sound. All and all my devil sounds a bit more evil now

Sounds great. For a Mod that doesn't really give us any HP to talk about $200.00 seems like a good price too, keep us up to date and good luck

got any pictures ?

You guys need to set up a F150 online gallery

Then you can post the pics from your album.
