New ? Used ??

A great value in both used and new right now is an Audi. I (&wife) like the A6 2.7T. Lotsa pickup & great gas mileage + AWD.

How could anyone resist Twin Turbos ?

4 years or 50,000 miles & all maintenance and service is on Audi.

Let me know if you have any more questions about them ?

Ill agree with the audi. My roommates about to get one and they are a great value, even the 1.8 turbo has good pickup and great gas milage. They are doing 1.9 apr right now and at about 24 or so for an a4 its a nearly unbeatable buy.

Id like an older style Audi S4 wagon, but then I know it would be modded up in no time, hence the boat im in already..

Still want something nice, but something that id be able to resist droping money into for mods.... It cant be an inch off ground like the drop top.. its GOT to be an everyday driver!

Whats a new SVT Focus run?

This one is working pretty good for me, though it has a bit of understeer if you try to performance drive it. I may trade it for an 840Ci, but not sure yet...it does have a bit of pep, and all the luxuries are nice (heated seats, etc).

The 93-96's go for between 8000-12000 depending on milage.

My dad has an 840ci, and man is that thing a led sled! When i first got my 330drop top (thats it in the pictures above, just with the hardtop on for winter) i pi$$ed all over him, staging from many different speeds etc. Once it gets over 120mph, it is a solid car though.

When I was looking for my winter beater I had 2 requirments.
1) Reliable
2) No may I could want to or be able to modifie it visually or performance wise.
Oh and it had to be cheap and get decent milage.
Solution: I bought a 94 Mercury Tracer Wagon with 55k miles for $1700. There is nothing that can be done and no urge for modifications. The only problem is my wife still counts it as "one of my cars" making me have 4 when i say 3.

Hmmm..... You have 2 of the 4 basic vehicle groups represented already. All you need now is an all out sports car and one of these........

You may have to add a blower to get some performance out of it though.
