Gigi - As Sal and a few other people have pointed out, those relays don't seem to be you problem, and "half power" is a vague description. Some more advice would be to
a) type your post in better grammer, it won't turn us away looking easy to read, having to decipher your posts makes us ignore them.
b) how about a little more description for the "half power" problem.
c) pics of chics help
