Cat backs are easy to install. should take you a bout 2 hours tops from the removal to the reinstall of the new catback.

Most ppl seem to say that its harder to remove the stock exhaust than put on the cat back, so good luck.

To remove the old system, get some penetrating oil and a big rubber coated dead blow mallet, and give it hell! Mine came off pretty quick.

I took off the tips, hooked a strap to it, and tightened it up and wiggled, it pops right off.

My wife just ordered me a S.B. for Christmas.....She is officially "the greatest!" Never fusses about my hobbies (phases/obsessions) and even orders stuff for me....Woo Hoo!

Some of the install tips were great..using ratcheting straps, jacks, etc. Cool!
Jeffsavage-I printed out your tips from other post.....I'm ready!

PS>>>I think at one time people saying the stock system was tack welded in place,
Not so after all?????
Also suggested tacking new system once installed--is this still the way to go?

Light,

So your wife is Bonnie? LOL. She told me she was ordering it for you. Your cat-back went out today and you should have it before the weekend.

Thanks for your order,

Justin@JDM

Now I get to start listing mods in my posts!!!

She said you were great in helping her order something she wasn't exactly sure about,,, and then she had to slap me to get me to quit grinning when she told me they were already on the way..THANKS!

(I hope she'll be calling back again soon-I showed her the rest of my wish-list.....Now, let's see, when's another gift-giving day-- there's New Years Day, Valentine's Day, Birthday, Recreation Day in Netherlands, Southland Anniversary in New Zealand, Remembrance Day in France...........

Thumbs up

I went for a couple of rides in Vinnie' truck Saturday night, this was the first time that I have driven in a truck with the JDM Silver Bullets. All I can say is it was bad A$$, the truck sounded mean as hell. And it didn't go to bad either...
