Soul for sale. Anyone in the market for a soul?

Damn. I'd sell my soul for that truck!

I like it!!

I don't need all the chrome on the engine and the fancy-pants interion but what an awsome concept! I really like the six speed. Sorry, I know that hits a soft spot for a lot of you Lightning guys. Some of us prefer a manual transmission. A T56, close ratio? Sounds good to me!

I guess we still have to wait (on the edge of our seats) to see what the next gen Lightning will actually be. This concept is pretty exciting though! I'm pleased with the new design. It'll take some time to grow on me, but I know it will.

Well, I'll either have to find someone to sell my soul to (I'm not so sure it's worth that much) or be prepaired for some heafty payments. I want one!

Way to go Ford!

NOT THE 04?!?

I was under the impression this pretty much 'was' the 04 L. Now that I know it is a concept, I see very little of this truck showing thru on the real 04. Kiss headers, DOHC, Chrome Engine, IRS and a six spd goodbye. Probably looking realistically at 420-430 horses.

My guess on the price was gonna be around 47-49k with the options we saw earlier. Lets face it guys, we are not going to buy a truck with 500 horses for less than 50k. You guys looked at a work truck lately? Cant touch one for less than 35-40 if you want a diesel.

Maybe that SSR is in my future afterall.

Very cool. IMO, this older concept seems more 'in line' with the existing Gen 2 F150/Lightning design. Smooth curves and sexy bulges! Nice work on the HD version!

I think your work is great. Those last 2 concepts you posted are very convincing. Hmmm, maybe I should try a Lightning concept from scratch (using the base F150 as a starting point).

yup! i agree with ya there! the new f150s should be more sleek and aerodynamic, and not bigger and boxier. they should keep that for the superduties, and keep the f150's more curvy.
if you look on that truck from the mirrors back, it looks exactly like the 97-03 design

I didn't like the styling at first but every time I look at that motor, it looks better and better! I'd rather have an automatic tranny, though. The yellow seats are ugly but at least this time, they are all leather rather than fake suede. No 60/40 front seat means I can't take my wife and daughter for a ride at the same time.

Ford F150/ wheels

Tell me what you think on this. Do you think that they should make the wheels on the Lightning Chrome to make it look sportier. How bout the new F150. Maybe even just as a option. I think chrome wheels would add alot to a f150.
