KR Lifted?

Does anyone have their KR lifted? I have seen a few f150 Supercrew 4x4 here in Texas lifted but never a King Ranch.

I'm wanted to get a SMALL lift on mine but nothing CRAZY or wild looking. I have upgraded the Tires from Stock to the biggest I could go while still keeping the original KR rims. I was able to go to 33x15.50R17 They are made by PROCOMP and are All Terrian Tires so u dont get the LOUD road noise. It did raise it a couple of inches (Just a guess) but want a lil more...
Here is a pic of my KR if you have a lift please send pic's..

shelby,

I've never heard of a lifted KR either. Mine sits about like yours and so far all I've done is crank up the front torsion bars to level it out. Nice truck and welcome to the King Ranch forum. Don't forget that with bigger tires comes reduced performance from a stand still. You'll get lower RPMs for the same miles per hour from the taller tires. If it gets bad, you can upgrade your gearing to like 4.10s and get a 15% boost in take off power over the stock tires. My $0.02

Later,

Oh well, life goes on...Sorry Shelby...I guess someone has beat you to it afterall...

Lenny,

I think we've all been there and done that, right?

When are you planning on being across the pond?

now what do you plan to do with a lift besides roll easier, drop your fuel efficiency and make it harder to get in the truck? i'll get those cars out of the shop as soon as i get a bigger place to live, 6 cars at my house right now you know and another two wouldn't fit too well. on top of all the equipment.

I guess Im a lil confused since Im new to the group, but what does having 100 Reply's have to do with the question I posted..

Thx for posting the pic's from the guy who put a 6 inch lift on, but thats wayyy to wacky for me. Specially since he left the original tires. Kinda looks like a Low-Rider with the Hydraulics lifted up in the air... I wanna keep the same 33's on mine that I have now so thats why I was looking for a 2-3 inch lift. I have done some checking at http://www.4wheelparts.com/ but havent seen what I'm looking for yet.. Thats the whole reason I posted was hoping someone had put a small lift on it...

THX!!
