I admit..i am a Krispy Kreme addict...i have been in recovery for the past 12 months...I used to eat 1 dozen (ONLY IF HOT) in one sitting..about 20 min...

Each time i went, i would decrease the number by 1....

Now I have 1 left and have been savoring it...waiting to eat it... and yes...i traded them for good for you crap...
