Thumbs up Super Duty KR

The dealers just received the 2003 SD brochures yesterday and they have some pretty cool info/pics. Here's a pic of the KR page. I also included the topic from another site where they have more/bigger pictures. I'm glad I had the discipline to wait. I almost got something else and I think I would have been disappointed.

Schweeeeeet!

I thought it was 04 though. Actually heard that today from a certain someone who was at a certain manufacturing facility here in Kentucky that makes a certain truck named the SUPER DUTY. Oh well... better sooner than later.

Ford knows that they have a good thing and they're expanding it to suit other markets. All I can say is ' SCHWEEEEEEEEEEET!'

I told you all it was coming... Seeing is believing!

Yep, I think the xplan pin will come in handy on this one. I don't think too many dealerships are gonna be cutting deals on these things. I just want to see a 4x4 SWB CC in Chestnut. That would really be sweeeet!

Rock,

Hint, Running W...I "thunk".

Everyone,

I don't know about you guys, but that new Superduty KR doesn't get me excited in the least. I don't think I'll be spending no damn $60,000 for a 20 foot long rig with KR seats, no thanks. I'll stick with my present vehicle...Besides, diesels are expensive to repair, very expensive...

first hand problems with this truck
1)no climate control
2)no homelink
3)not sure about this one, but no brench seat for the back seat instead of captains chairs
4)deffinately need grill modifications....but that is easily done
5)needs to come in not a pearl white, but a metalic white similar to that of the.....dare I say it.....Cadillac Escalade.

all in all.......the vehicle brings tears to my eyes.

I would assume that they'll offer the same goodies in the SuperDuty as the F-150. The picture that I posted shows the seats, and the bench seat is in there. It looks sweet, and I'm sure that there is considerable room there My brother has the 01 crew cab and it's roomier in the back than my expi. Got to spend some time in the back roaming around the mountains in Oregon last fall. I can really visualize that with the leather. I do notice one thing with the rear bench, there are no headrests. Maybe Ford didn't like that you have to remove them to put the seats down.

As far as my comment with the picture, if you look at the bottom right where the seats are, the front captains chairs have armrests on them. My expi has similar seats. Also, notice the captains chairs are true solid captains chairs Not that the adjustable headrests don't get the job done, but I do like the solid chairs in my expi a bit better. *shrug* One of those personal preference things.

Finally, when are they gonna come out with the King Ranch Expedition?
