Daveman: Check these pics w/ dig cam

Speaking of the camera. I took these photos today w/ the digital camera. I just got the Camera about two weeks ago, but what a job. Does yours perform to your satisfaction? I am very surprised. I added a lake pics album on my photo gallery.

Hey light,

Man, you're making my backyard shots look like hillbilly photos compared to that second shot you took with the mountains and the lake for a back drop. For the most part, I'm very pleased with my MVC-CD1000 digital camera but I've noticed that lighting is necessary in some places where you would think it shouldn't be.

My camera has a little cross hair that you can turn on and off that when it's pointed at something dark the camera's sensativity to light changes and darker phots come out much better. I think the two shots you took may have come out a bit lighter with my camera but that depends as I'm sure you know.

Okay, you got me thinkin' now as to how I can get some better shots of my bitch. I'll be posting something soon as I feel like Jethto or Uncle Jed took shots of mine. But maybe I could get Elie Mae to get involved, now that'd make some different reactions!

See Ya,
DaveMan

Boy, that lake looks very similar to the one I frequent in Southern Missouri. My parents retired to Theodosia, Missouri and I visit up there all the time. They live right on Bull Shoals Lake on the Arkansas state line. When I fly in (don't like putting in excess of 1000 miles per trip on my KR), I have to fly through Springfield, then drive the rental car the 3 hour drive or so. Very beautiful up there.

Hey light,

I just noticed you've got a KR badge on the tail gate of your truck. WTF, how did you get that man? I heard some other KR owners talking about doing it themselves and yours must have come from the factory that way, right?

Hey dufunnel,

I don't think any other KR owner I've seen can top your sig, pretty impressive.

Yeah, all the 2002's are supposed to have the KR badge on the tailgate. If you check out the tailgate badge thread, it will explain a lot. Skagel's didn't come with it like it was supposed to. I even found the part number for it (it is different than the fender badges).

Yeah, I have really mod'ed my truck up a lot. Thanks for the comment.
