CAT Replacements

My 2001 King Ranch lost its engine last year so I replaced it with a good low mileage used engine. Now I am being told that my CAT Converters are clogged making it run poorly and need to be replaced.
My question is I live in Oregon and was questioning if I really do need the 50 state compliant version OR is the 47 state compliant version acceptable?

Found an EVAN-FISCHER set (both sides) that is 47 state compliant for a heck of a lot less than the 50 state version. See any issues with my choice?

SET-REPF960329

Going to replace the muffler also just to give the replacement engine as much help as possible.

Basically what glc is saying, is that yes, the EVAN-FISCHER set IS OK in your state of Oregon.

That's a great deal that glc found!

Actually I just Googled the part number that he provided and came up with that page. I don't know where he found it as he didn't post a link.
