about to buy one, and have a question.....

it has the max tow package and along with that the "54x pwr/heat/sig man tel/fold chrm". dealership isn't sure since they don't have the truck yet. but will these have power fold in? or do the bigger mirrors force it manual? if it isn't power, can that be swapped out later?

 

No, the telescoping mirrors on the F-150 do not power fold... only on the Super Duty. And no, they cannot be swpped out for Super Duty tow mirrors later. As for swapping for the standard F-150 power-fold mirrors, I suppose you could retro with the door switch and all, but I doubt you'll want to get into it.
