Castano vs Chaparral
Is there a difference in the maintenance between the Castano and Chaparral leather? How does the Chaparral leather wear in comparison to the Castano (marks, drying out, discoloring, etc...)?

there is a pretty big difference. the Chaparral will not fade and wear compared to the castano. So it won't show the "character" like the old leather did/does. The texture is also a bit different.
