DVD headrest for 2007 King Ranch
I have a 2007 F150 King Ranch. Does anyone know where I can get some replacement headrests with built-in DVD that are the same leather as my King Ranch has?

I think your best bet is to check with an installer in your area and see what they'd charge to install something like this...
It's not a difficult install but, the screens aren't exactly cheap.
