Lightbulb KR emblems.........I'm thinking about.........

having the three King ranch emblems on my truck copper plated..........against the dark stone color of my truck.......

what do you all think?...........cool or no?........anybody done anything similar?

My first thought was YEA! But then I tried to visualize it and what I was thinking left me kinda cold. I guess I've seen too many "fake" Indian trinkets made of copper and they look sort of cheap. Also, if it's REAL copper, it will tarnish and you'll be constantly polishing the things. Now, if you could plate them in 99.9% fine silver (not sterling), I think they would be absolutely gorgeous!

I think it would cool. Why not be a little different. Good point on it tarnishing Jack, maybe a clear powder coat on them to protect it from that. Show some picks after. And if you don't like them you can always buy some more.

I like the thought of individuality but, overall, I think it may look a bit odd.

maybe you could find an old one in a junk yard to tint first and see how it looks
