wood grain

Today I got into an 07 king ranch and it had wood grain on the center console. it was around the shifer and everything. It also had wood grain around the two air vents in the front as well as around the door handle. I could tell they were not the EXACT same wood so i am assuming it is aftermarket. I was wondering where you would get something like this and for how much?

Thanks

You might check Moss Motors. They sell lots of these kits...

G'luck!

Interesting - If I have one complaint, it's the "fake" wood trim in the interior and the "pleather" over the dash cowl and on the door panels. (Oops, that was two complaints, wasn't it)? :o

Would it be that much harder to use real wood? Would it be that much more expensive to use real leather? (I actually had real leather on the dash in my 75th anniversary T-Bird, and I loved it).

It can't cost a HUGE amount to provide these little "touches", can it?

I know we would all have to spend more time taking care of these things, but, we love it, right?

That is very true. I just saw it on the console around the shifter and thought it looked good. The other stuff that comes with in these kits I dont think look so good. T

Thanks

Wow, it's been a while since I posted here, but it still smells like leather

OP,

I have a similar kit on my truck, but only used the pieces that I thought were tasteful. If you search my post, you will find the one with the pics in it. It was easy to do, and the kit I have is high quality and matches the grain and color perfectly. IMO it's a worthwhile upgrade.
