Seat Cover for Winter

My wife and I are moving to Michigan to take a new job with my company. We have been up there a few times this month and the weather....well it's Michigan in Jan.

My question is this, do any of you northern guys use any seat covers to help protect them from the snow that seems to pile up on my coats just walking from the office to the truck.

Maybe I'm being **** retentive a bit, but thought there are a few others like me out there I've got some weathertechs on order as well.

I don't use covers on my seats up here in New Hampshire. The seats get conditioned with Obenauf's LP in the fall and then again in the spring. The truck is about 4 years old now and the seats still look good.

My KR sees use in the winters of Wyoming and Michigan's UP. I also do not use a seat cover and, honestly, see no use for it as long as you keep 'em conditioned (as Mark points out).

The WeatherTechs, however, are a great choice and necessary.

And congrats on picking up the only new job in Michigan

Thanks! I hope there is at least one more job for my wife

I'm looking forward to having some fun in the snow, the cold I could live without though.

Cold weather sucks!

Winter sucks!

If I could have sold my house last year, we would have moved to NC and been done with it.

Hopefully, this will be our last winter in the frozen north, although the way the housing market is these days, you never know. We may be stuck here for one more winter.
