Pueblo Gold (G3)

I have been working with NFab to get a light bar painted to match the two tone of my truck which is Pueblo Gold G3. Anyway the first spray came out too silver, went to Ford to get a can of touchup paint and the can looks like the light bar! Have another can from Duplicolor and it pretty much matches my truck.

Anyone ever had this problem with getting G3 paint code painted to match?

Unfortunately, that's the problem with some of the aftermarket (and even FoMoCo 'duplicate' colors) -- they simply don't match up to the level that we demand (as enthusiasts).

I've had excellent luck with Paintscratch but, that's not to say that they wouldn't be slightly different as well (they matched my AZ Beige spot on from my 2001 KR).

For better precision, a body shop can make it come together... of course, it's a tad pricey.

Good luck!

Just got the light bar back from NFab, they got it right this time. I took a can of G3 touchup paint from Ford to the painter and it looks identical now.

Thanks
guys.

Your AZ Beige looks the same as my Pueblo Gold, infact I think they are the same! Now that I notice my window sticker says I have Pueblo Gold and Arizone Beige running boards.
