Steering wheel cover

Hey guys I have bought 2 different Ford branded steering wheel covers and none fit the wheel of my 07. The wheel is much bigger than the covers. Any idea where I can get quality steering wheel cover that will fit my large wheel?

Hi William - You might try this source: http://www.wheelskins.com/index.php

Looks like they have a good quality product and the price is reasonable in my opinion. Your biggest problem would be finding a color that would not conflict with the Castano interior.

Ya I dont really like those. I was looking for one like this:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1PC-F...mZ260301188357

But the wheel in my truck is extra large, bigger than any other vehicles I have. It might be hard to find. Unless there are custom made ones for NBS trucks?

No scientific evidence to back this statement up, but here goes...

Be careful of any after-market wheel covers transferring dye into the leather of your factory wheel. I imagine that would be damn near impossible to get out.

OK, and I don't care for the "split kind" in your link. I've made "stitched on" leather covers for our vehicles and Janet and I wouldn't have any other kind. Since the KR is already leather, I haven't done that to its wheel.

Some of the (all leather) covers in that link I gave you looked pretty close to what I make and that's what I'd be looking for if I didn't want to make one.

I do think the source I gave you can fit any wheel.
