Sorry for the slow response, been busy this weekend with my truck and the kitchen....Anywho

Yes it is raised but only slightly. The logo is put on after the texture is applied to the surface. Then the sencile is layed over the surface and they shoot it to give it that "branded" look. Don't worry about the Ford Logo, no one can shoot it as Ford put the brakes on that. Something about trade mark issues. My local Line-X guy wouldn't do a Ford logo and that is what he told me.

There are other ones to choose from....

Cheers

Thanks Brad
RockPick Not sure how I missed this (yes, I am... anyway)... that looks great, J.

So... he wouldn't do the oval but he would do the KR logo? LOL... they're both heavily trademarked.

KROC had to get letters from both FORD and the KING RANCH to utilze their names in the name of the club. Ford's legal department isn't very easy to maneuver.

We talked about that but the truth is, KR hasn't put the brakes on that yet...but I did see that KR pulled a cease and deist on a guy out in Weatherford TX making hitch covers with the KR logo.

The very next catalog sent out by KR was his hitch design made by "KR" Its a crock of chit if you ask me but it is what it is.

BTW, heard a great story about KR....did you know that the logo really isn't a Running W but rather a symbol of the Rattle Snake as they had a many years of problems on the ranch with snakes.
