Try using KR conditioner or PB Leather Stuff and let it soak in like crazy for 2-3 days. Buff off the white residue with a MF towel.

The headliner is going to be the hard part. Not sure if you could use it on the head liner, but I use my wife's carpet shampooer on the carpet. It has a small hand held attachment that is made to clean furniture and hard to get to areas.

I cannot beleive.....I would definately give a big bowl of vinegar a shot at it. Leave the bowl open, maybe place a bowl on each floor mat and leave her in the heat for a few days. Vinegar is known to absorb odors. You can also dust the carpet with baking soda. Let it sit for a few days and vacuum up. Both products are natural and will not leave other fragrances like febreeze and other chemicals may leave behind. It will get better over time. Good luck bud.
