Vibration Problem???

I have a 2005 King Ranch F-150 4x4 with a Leer Topper, Bf Goodrich Tires and 12,700 miles on her. Only Mods, K&N Cold air Fipk kit.
The other Day I started noticing a vibration coming from the Rear at 45-49mph. If I set the Cruise at 48, it is Bad, Feels like a Tire is Going to Come Off. Everything looks Ok.
ANy Suggestions, ANyone Else have any Problems in this area?
I will be trying to get her into the Dealer asap. I just had my Tires Rotated and Balanced about 1,000 miles ago, but know I have a Vibration in the Sterring wheel at all Speeds.
Thanks for any Input or Info. KR Paul

Well, I hope I don't sound too stupid here, but this happened to me shortly after I bought my KR too. I hadn't owned anything with so much real estate in terms of wheel width in quite some time. I had gotten a clump of mud inside of one of my wheels (shortly after buying this truck, I spent a lot of time back up in the mountains I love so much that I moved here to Colorado). A quick return to the car wash to deal with unfinished business solved that little problem and now I pay careful attention to that aspect of cleaning after any off-road fun.

Suggest that your dealer Road-Force balance all 4 tires. These trucks are very sensitive to any imbalance. Also check that all 4 tires are at least 35 PSI cold.
There are numerous TSB's on this problem. My 04 was bought back by Ford for this very problem.
