Time for some chrome wheels.....

The set I don't like is a plain wheel (i don't know if it's aluminum or not, but it lloks like it is) with a thin metal chrome cap over it......like a hubcap.
See this pic, for a view from the backside.......

From the front.....

See here where it just clips on the hub?

Be careful buying the factory Ford wheels as there are aftermarket wheels out there that don't have the good factory chrome on them.
If the ad doesn't state "Genuine Ford Wheels, Take-Off's", they probably aren't.

Those were the wheels I was going to get, until I found out how they are constructed.

If I lived near there, and could walk in and swap them for the $500, I'd do it.

As far away from me as you can get, just about.

Are you considering having your wheels done?
Since the kr expy is most likely going to be a no go in 07, I suspect I will be back in another F150 this fall. (I am afraid I will get tired of the harsh ride of the 250). And I suspect my new F150 will be a copper king ranch 4x4. I really like the look of the chromed factory kr wheel and can see it in my future.

I may need some help with a dvd/nav unit also....*hint RP hint*

As for the Nav... all you have to do is say the word.
