I went directly to the Kings Ranch web site and ordered the exactly same product for $9.00 and $5.95 shipping.

The price is high for sure, but the reason they sell it for .99 and it is 19.99 shipping, is because they only get charged a fee on the sale price, not the shipping fee. It is a common practice to avoid paying their fees.
