It's like trying to find the little black box after a plane crash...

From the pictures that I have seen this module is approx 2 inches across and 3 or 4 inches tall. Needle in a haystack I know, but all the diagrams I have show the location behind the rear seat.

Side note: what are you ripping your seats out for? (I can only imagine what you're going to add to truck and have the H/U control.)

/me still wants that 5495 you get tired of it let me know ill take it off your hands for a couple hundred.

OK - I found it behind the rear side panel. It's about 3 inches high and 1 inch wide and 1 inch deep. The number on the top is:
5L3T-14N003-AC

I'll leave it so I can get to for a while (I'm going to hushmat since it' s open) in case you need more details.

I took my seat out to tweak my amps roll-off.

Is that the number on the box or the harness connected to it? If you have a camera can you take a picture of it for me? We are trying to get the main number of the pfm module and the harness if possible. Ford dealerships have been no help with the p/n for the harness they say there should be a tag or number on the harness somewhere.

Thanks again!

Btw You are the man.

Tun2One does this look like what you are looking at? If so I think this is like a pfm module holder or something like that. Also if you see a number on the pigtail let us know about that one too so far the parts we are unsure about the part numbers are...

PFM Module
PFM Module Pigtail
Mirror Switch - (we think they use a different one than the normal F150 as some people have reported a connection on a foreward pull not a back pull )

I've never used hushmat whats the cost difference between that and Dynomat (or other such brands)

Again thank you for your help.

OK - the picture you circled is the container for the relay. I pulled the relay out and found the following info on it from top to bottom:

FORD D3LOA
5L3T 17L684 AA
RELAY ASY.
MIRROR
FOLDING
>PA6-6F30<

On on other side of the relay there is a white ink stamped number:

210904

Here is a picture of the relay: (I suck at pictures)

here is a picture of the wiring harness:

I still haven't found a number on the harness, but I'll go back and look.

You are my new hero!

Thank you for the pics and especially the module info. When you go back looking for the harness # can you try and take some other pics of the harness like to show better wire color and maybe even position on the module. We are trying to get what wires go where and if it's not easily shown in these pics I will have to try and trace wires on the board to see what the main power is ground sensor wire etc etc etc.... Also what are the wire colors and any way to tell what color goes to what number (on the bottom of the relay) ?

Thanks again ....

There is not a label on the harness. I will go back and get a color description of each wire.

The switch number is this:

5LT3T-178676-AA3JA6
THEN A BAR CODE
041208B
THEN A BAR CODE

Colors on the way.

Wire colors:

purple w/yellow stripe
purple w/green stripe
black
red w/yellow stripe
light blue w/red stripe

The relay is mounted in the container and mounts to the side wall about 2 inches up from the gray and blue harnesses in the picture above.

I've closed it up, but I can still help with the switch if needed.

Good luck. Oh, and next time, JUST BUY A KING RANCH.
