Do all king ranch trucks come with a towing package and if so what does it consist of?

Most come with it, but it is an option according to Ford's web site.

The tow package comes with:

Class IV Trailer Hitch Receiver
7-Pin Wiring Harness
Heavy Duty 72 Amp Battery
Upgraded Radiator and Auxiliary Transmission Oil Cooler (Requires 4.6L V8 or 5.4L 3V V8 Engine

Not all KR's come with the towing package. My 2002 KR Supercab 4x4 did not have the towing package and since I didn't plan on towing anything, it wasn't an issue for me.

My 02 came with the 6600# package. As listed above but a class III hitch. If it's pre-04 and it has a factory hitch on it then it has the towing package. Another way to verify is to look in front of the radiator to see if there's a tranny cooler. It sits on the passenger side.

Tranny cooler

I looked in front of the radiator and it looks like it has a tranny cooler but is
a lot wider than the one in the picture mine looks like it has a second radiator
but I know it does not. It does look to have a factory receiver hitch.

The best way is to get underneath the truck to look. There would be two small radiator looking things in front of the radiator. You can just see the edge of the smaller cooler (not sure what it is for though) in the right of the above picture, and then there is also the tranny cooler in the middle of the picture. It wouldn't be the size of a radiator. If that's the case you may have a dual core radiator.

I believe the second cooler is for power steering.
