King Ranch Arrived

I was going to use an existing thread but it is a new King Ranch so a new thread is needed.

My sales guy just called me and said my King Ranch is in. I am heading out there in about an hour to pick it up.

I should have some pics tonight.

Chris

Congrats on the new KR. I have to tell you - the interior on these new KRs is something else. Ford really out-did themselves. I wish there were more of a selection of colors but they are beautiful trucks. Good luck with yours.

Ok no pictures yet

1st Mod
was to get rid of the dealer sticker (advertising who I bought it from) on the tailgate
2nd Mod
today is tinting the front windows

Let me tell you that this is one awesome truck and I love the way the Dark Copper blends with the interior.

I will get some pictures before I get the windows tinted. I haven't washed it yet so they may not be to standards.

That's okay. Mine's dirty too and probably will be for a little while as they're forecasting rain for the next 5 days. The important thing is, when you wash it, do it the right way. You'll help to prevent those annoying swirl marks, scratches, etc...

I really don't have time to type up that novel as I have a meeting in about 5 minutes.

I'd highly recommend reading through some of the threads up in GENERAL CARE as both Boss_429 and I (and many others) have written at length on proper washing, claying, compounding, polishing, wet sanding, and waxxing techniques (just to name a few).

I hope one of you has the decency to shoot me in the head if I ever become as "picky" as RP with his truck! By the way, RP, I told you that you couldn't go wrong with black!! Hope you enjoy it!
