Ahh John, don't take it personally buddy. You might be over your first one but, I think the second one is kicking into high gear.... then again, I envy you and can only hope to have a few myself here in say, oh, about 40 years.

Hummphh !!

Damn whippersnappers !

You're as old as the woman you're feeling......(any offers ?)

Anyway since I don't have any pics of the old **** driving the KR.........

(Which would be difficult anyway for reasons that we won't divulge to latecomers)...
here is a picture of an English 'gentleman'
(Ha Ha), taking delivery of his new Silver Dawn in the foyer of the Rolls Royce factory at Crewe.

(PS Spot the mistakes)

A free tour of my castle to anyone who gets all 6.

Mistakes...

1. Green jacket/Navy Pants/yellow spotted tie...
2. Grey carpet (RR) on a white floor...
3. You're not standing with the lovely ladies in the background...
4. Incorrect glasses perscription...
5. You're in the UK (Crewe) and it's sunny! That doesn't happen!
6. 4th tile back from your left leg is slightly crooked...

When's my tour?

Surprisingly enough.....

You didn't get one right !!!

With respect to number one though......

Colors are not showing correctly....My Saville Row taylor
(You wouldn't understand that...you're American) took considerable time and money putting that collection together....and also you think I should take notice of comments on dress sense from a nation that

a) Wears baseball hats

b) Then decides to put them on back to front.

(PS When someone gets the tour of the stately pile I will show you my collection of baseball hats....so far those interlopers to the forum that don't know us....

I'M NOT BEING SERIOUS. )

Anyway the comment about finding the mistakes WAS serious and should anyone come up with just 4 correct, I'll have to think about this castle business.

I think it's a lost cause for me to attempt to find the mistakes however, I do have to take total exception to the comment about baseball hats. Further, I think you should reconsider as well.

Let's further examinine this shall we?

First, you're the one in this second/third/fourth mid-life crisis of sorts (yes, I still envy that) and you haven't discovered the youthfullness of a baseball cap? I'm disappointed John! You made reference to younger women earlier on; need I say more? Secondly, I shant elaborate upon the wearing the baseball cap 'back to front' but, I will say this; there is a select 'group' of sorts that chooses this fashion. I'll stop there.

Saville Row? I might be American and wear an occasional baseball cap but, let it be known that I do know of the label and further surf their site on occasion.

I'z mite hav ben burn upere' n kintukkee buttz, I'z no'z myz klooths.

RP actually missed my sarcasm....!!

I really do have a large collection of Baseball hats, and wear one most of the time.

I went into a local pub the other day and forgot to put one on....
the landlady (Bartender to you), didn't seem to know me, and finally said..Oh..It's you...I didn't recognise you without your cap !!

The answers by the way......

It’s not a Silver Dawn (Silver Spirit)

It’s not mine…..note it’s a left hooker going to
a sheikh in the middle east.

The Rolls Royce factory is not at Crewe anymore.
Since the dear Germans took over they have
built a new factory at Goodwood on the South
Coast for RR…Only Bentleys are made at Crewe
now. (LT… I do have a Bentley !)

This photo was taken at Crewe though, a year or so
back.

I don’t have a castle

I lied about 6 mistakes

I always have trouble smelling your sarcasm. It's not as thick as what I'm used to being on this side of the pond.

I still stand behind my comment about the coat and pants as a mistake. LOL!
