Question is it to late to find a 2003 KR?

Greetings to all you KR's.

I have a quick question for you all. Seeing how the new 2004 F150s aren't gowing on me yet. Do you think it is still possible to find a NEW 2003 4x4 KR ?

thanks, -v

They are still out there on the lots but you had better hurry if you want a new one. I know there is one in Greenville SC and I suspect they are scattered at lots all over. You can do a search on the Ford site.

Hi All,
new member here although I've had my 02 4x4KR for exactly a year today. I felt like I got a good deal by asking the local dealer to find one for me. I'm in NC and they found one in VA for the right price.

I got interested in them after seeing a couple on ebay going for not much more than the 2-3 year old used trucks I was looking at. It seemed like the KR option wasn't selling that well in the east so they were willing to deal. I got $7K off list, included whatever rebated they were doing as well but I thought it was a deal I couldn't refuse.

Now after having it for a year there's no looking back. What a truck! I might like a newer one but this one is good for now. Starting to find after-market options to enhance the fun. Anybody do headers yet? I'm not crazy about voiding the warranty but a guy has to have fun with his truck.

Looking forward to seeing what events are planned in the KROC. I do digital graphics like banners and posters, let me know if you need assistance.
Dave
sorry this got so long, good luck with your search.

My husband is a sales manager at a ford dealership here in NM. I asked him if they had any left and they don't. It seems there were a lot of people in this area who didn't care for the 2004. If I hear of anything I will let you know.

Supply for King Ranches are certainly diminishing, but there are some still out there. I was looking on the Ford website search, but if doesn't show all of them. Skalnek? Ford in Lake Orion, MI has a demo with 5,000 miles in Charcoal Blue quad seats. You won't find this one on the Ford website. I went to Miami, FL to get mine - 1500 miles from home (and four rounds of golf).

Good Luck! You won't be sorry!

Please contact the person who started the thread directly rather than advertising your dealership here.

Josh,

Helping is one thing. Advertising is another. In this case, I think it was totally innocent however....

f150online.com has provided you a FREE resource to enjoy and use however, the agreement that you entered into when you signed up for the site explictly stated that advertising was not allowed.

The correct way to have answered his/her question was to simply say: "I definately know where one is located. Please contact me directly for details." or "I just emailed you" or "I believe I have the information that you need, contact me at: X"

By doing it this way, in a way, you're still utilizing the boards to answer his/her question without the spotlight advertising.

Posting the dealership's name where you are employeed is advertising. Plain and simple.
