Glad to hear that you've found a product that yields results in excess of your expectations...

Agreed 110%....

I'm going to have to check this stuff out!

Thanks for the tip.

Where do you get this stuff Mike? I was playing around on the site that you linked to but, I don't see anywhere to purchase. Did you find it at a local shop or order online somewhere?

Also, you mentioned a 'wax' (waxon) (hahaha, kinda reminds me of the Karate Kid movie.. WAX ON! WAX OFF!)...anyways...

What is the waxon? Where do you get that stuff?

Thanks Mike...

I'm probably going to give it a whirl....

Here are the links to the products that Mike mentioned...

LeatherMaster Maxi Kit

Waxon

You're right, it is kind of pricey relative to what a bunch of us have been using but, if it gives the results, it's worth the price!

I wonder if we can find it somewhere cheaper... would they do a group buy for us maybe? I mean, if we can come up with 5-10 orders, would they give us a hook up? I guess I'm just thinking out loud here...

How much did you use to do your interior Mike? I noticed that the bottles were 225ml (which isn't a large volume)....

Will you be able to get a few applications out of one box?

Thanks Mike...

You brought up a good thought... I wonder if they have some samples. Hrrm... I'll bounce a few emails around and if I come up with something, I'll be sure to let everyone know...

Another question, how does your stitching look? That's one of my problem areas inside the truck. They look okay but are FAR FROM gleaming white like they used to be...

Any thoughts?

Heck no I wouldn't laugh...

I had a steering wheel replaced too and I'm doing my darndest to keep that thing primo... I've thought about a cover for mine but really haven't found anything that I like.

Hell, my truck is 2 weeks old and my steering wheel is already twice as light as my seats. It was like that when I bought it. Think I'm gonna ask for a new cover.

It's not a 'cover'... it's actually a new steering wheel.

I rarely make hand to leather contact with my steering wheel now... I only drive touching the tan part... not the castano.
