At 999 posts I think the time has come to retire gracefully from the forum.
I think I have learnt a lot about our trucks and met some great people (And Brad).
However my over dry sense of humor only stretches so far I'm sure, so enjoy your trucks and flash your lights as we pass on the great Interstate of Life !!!

Hope you change your mind. What might I ask would cause you to stop doing something you love to do, CORRECT MY SPELLING AND GRAMMAR?
We need you around, you're like the lighthouse of the group, you're reliable, provide guidance and support and keep us off the rocks, or is it off the RocksPicks?

Edit - At least lurk occasionally and when Rockpick starts getting the "Big New House, Forum Moderator Now" swelled head thing going on pop back in and help us put him in line with that classic Lenny flair!

Why leave? You are a person who has alot of wisdom, Your comments are very down to earth, you have alot of friends here and alot of knowledge to share. Just remember leaving at 999 posts is bad luck, flip those 9's over and see what you get .

I know the truth Lenny, you've over-spent on vehicles and can't afford your service provider any longer right? If you sell off that dog of a "C" you can probably afford another year or two of internet service.

First and foremost, if you are, indeed, set in your decision to abandon us at this critical juncture in life, so be it.... I know, it's not critical but, I've wanted to use the words 'critical juncture' for weeks now and now I've finally done it.
I, for one, really hate to see you go but, I trust you'll still stay in touch. If and when we pull something together from a 'KR get-to-gether' standpoint, you better be there...

However, I do believe there are a few options to get you to stay:
1. Create a new screen name and start over again - you can then be anyone/whatever you want to be...
2. We need to get 01XLT to put a ultra-conservative, right wing post in this thread that will ruffle the feathers on the back of your neck..... something to which there would be absolutely no way you can not respond..... you'd then hit the 1000 post mark and voila, crisis is over.... (until the 2000 post mark
)
3. We all go over to the Aston Martin forums and tell them that we know you...
4. We get on Ebay and create hundreds of negative feedback comments on your user name.
Bottom line is you are indeed a wallah here - it wouldn't be the American way if we didn't put up a fight to convince you to stay...

Heck, I wouldn't be surprised if Lenny is in the process of buying the King Ranch and didn't want to come out and say anything until the deal was complete

Lenticular asked me to let everyone know that he's doing fine and misses everyone on the KR board (RP too!). He also said that once he gets stateside, he may re-involve himself back into the forum. My personal opinion is that Lenny has so many things on his plate that he has decided to concentrate on playing with English cars vs. talking leather care on trucks. Being from England I guess it's no big surprise what he would like to spend his spare time on the most. Besides, Lenny likes a challenge and if the board grows dull, then I think he moves on...With that said, only Lenny can correct this if I'm wrong...
