DVD players for KR

Has anyone tried to locate/install a DVD player and screen in a KR or F150 for that matter. My son will soon be a year old and once we turn him around in the car seat, he will need something to keep him occupied while we travel. BTW, since we bought the King Ranch, he just loves to ride. I am looking for a system with a decent screen so that more than the person sitting directly in front of it can watch. The '04 F150 had a rail system and a DVD player as options, but the only things offered for my '03 was VHS. Any ideas or thoughts are appreciated.

I ended up getting one of the Audiovox "DVD in a Bag" jobs. They aren't the best of the best but it works really well. You can hang the bag off of the rear of the front seats and also use it elsewhere instead of just the truck.

The screen is removeable and it will support two of them as well which is a neat feature.

It also will plug into a TV and has a remote.

I couldn't get the rear seat center as I have a sunroof, but now I'm glad I couldn't as I've used this unit in several places on long road trips.

Thought about it as well, but I too have the sunroof.

I've got the in dash Clarion unit in mine. Not sure how well you can see it from the back seat though.

I bought a portable Audiovox DVD player that I set on the front center console on top of a mouse pad(heat) and my girls love it. Duffunnel, does your screen work while you are in drive?

Since I installed mine myself, I defeated the mechanism that makes it only work with the parking brake on.
