Phoney King Ranch

Just thought some humor might cheer you all up , I know I need it. It has been a bad couple of weeks, last week I was jumped from behind by 2 culprets, the police say they were on drugs at the time and it is believed they wanted to steal my truck, I fought back and sort of one but got a broken arm in the deal. I have pressed charges Criminally and am working on a cival suit (for what it will be worth).
Friday I will post pics of the new 100 Annaversary stickers on the King ranch aswell I would like to take more pictures and I need some in put were to take them, On centre Ice again, The beach down town, Front of house like the Lightning in my gallery, At a Oil Rig, on Mars, need opinions . I will keep in touch. If any of you want to give suggestions I can be reached by calling 403-358-8162 or bluelightning@lightningowner.com.

How can you tell I'am Bored.

Hey Pat, if that had happened to me there would be no need for a civil suit, they would have been planting the culprits.

We pack heat legally down here in The Grreat State of Texas.

I'm glad you were able to fight them off and they didn't get your truck, otherwise we would have had to call out the King Ranch Possee and hunt them down.

Jayhawker, I am sooooo jealous. I wish we had the concealed carry laws up here in Illinois. With that butthole Daley and all his cronies in Chi town I'm lucky I can still have my guns, let alone carry them. I've often wondered if something like this happened to me tho, I think I would have more fun beatin' the holy crap out of these guys with a baseball bat. I have been known to carry a bat in the truck with me. I've found that a small little league sized bat works great for this type of thing. Anyway, Pat, get better real quick, think on the positive side, you are still here to tell us about it, and most importantly, you still have the KR!

I was wondering IL6Fan, how is the travel trailer working for you. I'm sure the KR handles towing it fine.

Can you see ok with the stock mirrors or did you install clip on mirrors?

Jayhawker,

The trucks Trailer Towing is awsome. I just use factory mirrors and they seem fine. It is the windshield I' am concerned about
.

Pat, I would have to agree with grinomyte, you do have the worst luck, lol. How did that happen? Kid across the street playing baseball with rocks hit your passenger window?

That is the rage I had built up after I got jumped by them thugs . That smash is were I put his buddys head after I got to the truck he insisted on following me because, I gave his friend a beating, His turn was Next.
I may be small and a little crippled but I have a very high pain tolerance and I think that saved my ***.

I forgot to mention as the son of a bit** was on the way to the windshield the snaps or buttons scratched the paint fairly bad, I may need a repaint job or a good shine shop.
Don't worry guys, I need your help. You will see me comeing for miles away, a 03 Supercrew Blue in color and always has a dark black clowd over it. I will park, get out, and watch that cloud follow me into a Mall, Dentists office, Wal Mart or were ever I go.
Go get a big fan and blow the cloud away and then we can all have a nice day.

Sounds like it's haunted! You could probably sell it on ebay for a couple hundred thousand because it's haunted. Just be sure you have black and white pics of the truck so people will know that back in 1980 this 2003 truck was haunted

Jayhawker - The KR handles the travel trailer fine, although I do kick out the O/D when I'm pulling it. I've found I can travel 65mph on the interstate turning about 2500 rpm. That is with the 3.73 rear end. I did get an equalizing hitch and anti-sway bar when I bought the trailer so it pulls like a dream. As for the mirrors, I did get a set of add-ons that i just put on when I'm pulling the trailer. I was very particular about which ones I bought because I didn't want them to scratch the paint or screw up the black trim. They seem to work fine and definitely do give you a better viewing angle when towing. I still haven't gotten any pictures, but I will post them as soon as I do.
