As many of you already know, the deadline for ordering shirts/stickers has come and gone.

Here is how the project will proceed.

Not that I don't trust anyone but, there will be a MINIMUM of 5-7 days for all checks to clear. Hope you all understand here... I just don't want to get stuck holding a bunch of shirts that have no home.

Once that time frame has lapsed, the order for the stickers and shirts will be placed.

I'm told that there will be about 7-10 days for the stickers and about 14 days for the shirts to be manufactured. During that time, we will all sit, wait, and drink beer. (or kool-aid in some cases while beer isn't readily available)

Once I have recieved the shirts and stickers, I'll do my best to get them rolling out ASAP but, with work schedules and an honest to god 'real life', they'll make it out as soon as I can... I'm not going to be pulling this off over night though.

Just to share some of the final numbers with you all...

We have:

51 Shirts ordered and paid (pending the checks all clear)
42 Stickers ordered and paid (pending the checks all clear)


We should have a little bit of $ leftover pending shipping goes as planned. When I say 'little bit', I mean less than $50 probably. We'll hang on to that money and use it for club purposes if and when issues arise. Just remember, we have to get all the shirts and stickers in your hands before we can figure out what to do with the excess... not before.

In closing, I have great faith that this is going to turn out really really well. I'm very excited to have been able to coordinate this purchase and I hope you all will stick with me as we move into the final stages.
