Thumbs up Getting a new seat from the stealership!

hey guys...

i went to the dealership to complain about a spot that was sun-stained on my seat. when i got the truck, a type of king ranch card thing was connected to a string hanging off the headrest. it seemed that this thing had been hanging on there too long, and the seat behind the card stayed dark while the seat behind it got lighter. you can kind of see it in this picture below and on the top stitch line and to the left and right of the seatbelt:

went to the dealership thinking that it was going to be a big deal and nothing but problems, but they treated me very nicely. i was extremely happy. the guy looked at it and then talked to the manager of the dealership who my dad knows because he had a complaint and ended up talking to him to get it straightened out and said they would take care of it. they told me a couple of days, so i'm happy! man...i really want to ask the guy if i could buy the seat!! i want to make an office chair out of it!!! that would be so sweet!!! then i would just rule over you all in my one of a kind king ranch f-150 office chair

Joe

ps - i cant wait to get my ikroc sticker!! so guys, please get the monies in! thanks!!

I've thought about trying to pull this off because of slight wear on the bolster but, I doubt I can do it...

If anyone at my dealership can do it, it's my service advisor.

I preach and preach about this woman... I have no clue how she can pull so many strings and still get away with it.

Glad to hear you are getting a new seat. I should try to get mine replaced. I have the truck about 15 months and my drivers seat does not look half as good as yours.
