At this point, I own five handguns, four rifles and three shotguns. I'll just list the favorites in each category:

Colt Government Model Series 80 .45 ACP
Ruger Mini-14 .223
Mossberg 835 UltiMag 12ga

Guns & Pickup Trucks--it doesn't get any better than this.

When I grew up in Western Kansas every pickup in the county had a gun rack in the back window with a couple of rifles or shot guns hanging from them--the nice thing, you could park in front of the bar and not worry about locking your doors.

My wife and I both have our Concealed Carry Permits. I carry a Nickel plated Beretta 380 acp with 14 round clip and the Missus carries a S&W 38 special loaded with hollow points. I still have the very first gun I purchased, an Old Style Ruger Single Six 22.

pickups and guns, heck, any vehicle and guns are good for me. i have over 20 various guns and just wish i could carry here in kalifornia like i could in virginia. some guns are ar15 match hbar, m1a match grade w/ stainless barrel, ruger vaquero's, hk usp 45, s&w m65, dessert eagle 50ae (original israel made, not the newer one if you've shot them you'd understand the difference) and many, many 22's.

so, who has a gun mount in their kranch?
i have 4 of them ready to go in my vw thing, can't wait to install them.

ok, next question, who reloads on here besides skagel. we both have dillon xl650's.

Hey pkagel,

Do you have any link or picture of that 'trim removal tool' that you had mentioned in another thread?

that is the best i could find for a pic online, mine has a little smaller tool and and a screwdriver type handle but this would probably serve your purposes better.

now back to guns. nobody else reloads around here with all these guns. i'll tell ya guys, reloading is quite a peaceful endevor and sure makes it cheaper per round when you go shooting. on my dillon i can load 3k rounds in 4 hours so we are not talking your grandpa's single stage here though.

My Brother in Salina, Kansas reloads all his ammo, both rilfle and pistol. I've haven't gotten into reloading yet but it may be one of the hobbies I take up when I retire. I would also like to get a Black Powder rifle, 50 Cal Hawken or something similar.

I've shot a Desert Eagle 357 Mag that a friend has, not sure if it is the old Israeli made version, I know it's a kick *** gun. I still get my Ruger single 6 out once in awhile just to plink around.

TexfordD, we should all get together somewhere in the big D area with damaoncaravanman and trebor for a DFW King Ranch get together.
