Nope not a KR, only a Lariot, as he stated in his gallery. A Lariot King Ranch??? The paint is not high enough. I did the same to my 01 SuperCrew, changed all the gray plastic to the ArizonaBeige plastic to make it look monochromatic. But, I never called it a KR. Never got to getting the KR running boards for it for some reason.

Anyway, I am amazed about the damage and that all he had was a concusion. Glad he is ok. If it had been a chev, he would have been worse off. Thank goodness it was a Ford.

 

Actually, the KR is a glorified Lariat...

After looking at those pics, Iam just glad he is walking among us.
I don't know the info on the crash, but it's safe to safe the truck, did its job to protect the driver. Airbags/belts/and a full frame

 

Why didn't the brush guard stop the telephone pole? just kidding. glad to see he is ok.

 

Sure hope my brushguard stops more than his did. I opted for the heavier Rhyno brushguard. I saw a Expedition with the same brushguard I have that hit a car going 40 and the airbags didn't pop and the front was not damaged to much.

 

I' am just glad to hear the driver is ok. It is amazing, It looks like if the conditions were right you may be gone to the sweet home of the happy and free.
